How Do We Do It?

Our story is unique. We work with Purple Heart Service's virtual call center. Wounded and disabled veterans are trained for 600 hours to work from their homes to represent your charity and take donation assignments. We want every donor, that calls your unique phone number, to know that we will handle their call professionally and their vehicle will be picked up in a timely manner. Your donors are yours. We are a 501(c)3 and truly a partner in the car donation process. You can follow us step by step on our secure website. We are transparent in our work and welcome your input.

For security purposes, Purple Heart Service Foundation uses programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.
